Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the hing (asafoetida). Stir for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
  2. 2. Add the diced bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and diced courgettes to the pot. Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, green beans, and corn kernels. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, mixing well.
