  • 250G Tiger Delight Jumbo Cooked Peeled King Prawns
  • 50G Seafood & Eat It Msc Potted Brown Shrimp
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. Pat the cooked peeled king prawns dry with a paper towel.
  3. 3. Finely chop the garlic cloves, ground ginger, and red onion. Slice the fresh green chili into thin rounds.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of seafood flavoured soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  6. 6. Add the garlic, ground ginger, red onion, and green chili to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  7. 7. Add the king prawns to the skillet, season with a pinch of table salt and freshly ground black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the prawns are pink and opaque.
  8. 8. Add the spinach leaves to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the leaves are just wilted but still vibrant green.
  9. 9. Pour the sauce over the prawns and spinach, and stir everything well to combine and coat in the sauce.
  10. 10. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
