Ingredients

  • 105G Dijon Mustard With Tarragon, 105G
  • 200G H. Forman & Son Sticky Maple & Sesame Hot-Smoked Salmon
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 100 Ml Shibanuma Premium Ohitachi Soy Sauce, 100Ml
  • - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1/2 tsp black pepper to create the glaze.
  3. 3. Pat dry 2-3 Sticky Maple & Sesame Hot-Smoked Salmon fillets (approximately 150-200g each) with a paper towel. Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush a generous amount of the maple syrup glaze over the top and sides of the fillets.
  5. 5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6. While baking, reapply the glaze once or twice for extra flavor and a glossy finish.
  7. 7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
  8. 8. Serve the maple syrup glazed salmon hot with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
