- 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- - Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
- 450 Ml Aromatic Golden Label Black Vinegar, 450Ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash and peel the carrots (both 'Carrots - 1kg' and 'Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4') thoroughly. Then, julienne them into thin strips and set aside.
- 2. Peel and finely mince the 'Jumbo Garlic 100g'.
- 3. Peel and finely chop the onions from the 'Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store'.
- 4. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of 'Crisp N Dry Oil' in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and chopped onions. Sauté until fragrant and the onions turn translucent.
- 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned carrots, sautéed garlic and onions, and mix well.
- 6. Add a pinch of 'Tata Salt' and 'Natural Sea Salt Bwfo' to taste. Mix thoroughly to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- 7. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of 'Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce' over the mixture for a spicy kick. Adjust the amount based on your spice preference.
- 8. Toss the salad well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the seasoning and sauce.
- 9. Let the salad sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. For best results, refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- 10. Serve the Korean Carrot Salad chilled as a side dish or appetizer. Enjoy!
