Ingredients
- 200G Princes Ham Round
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 10 Pack Purely Organic Free Range Mixed Weight Eggs 10 Per Pack
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- 1.3 Kg Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 1.3Kg
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a medium (preferably 10") nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup diced ham, 1/4 cup diced onion, and 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. Cook, stirring often, until softened and beginning to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, whisk 3 large eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
- 3. Reduce the skillet heat to medium-low and shake the pan so that the ham and vegetables form a single layer. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables.
- 4. Cook, tilting the skillet and gently running a rubber spatula around the edges to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath, until the eggs are mostly set, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Fold the omelet in half, cover the skillet, and cook until the eggs are fully set, about 1 minute. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve warm.
