- 400G Sabarot Chia Seeds, 400G

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. In a large bowl, mix 1/4 cup chia seeds with 3/4 cup water and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Then, add the chia mixture to the bowl.
- 3. Add 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese, 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon mixed dried herbs, and 1 gram pot cottage cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
- 4. Wash and slice 3 mushrooms. Peel and grate 1 carrot. Peel and finely chop 1 onion. Wash and chop 2 tomatoes.
- 5. Add the mushrooms, carrot, onion, and tomatoes to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- 6. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and spread it evenly.
- 7. Sprinkle an additional 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese over the top.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bake is set.
- 9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy hot or cold.
