- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- 150G Saitaku Panko Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Finely chop 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, and 1/4 bell pepper. Set aside.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked lentils, the chopped vegetables, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, 1 1/2 cups of panko breadcrumbs, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of thyme. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly to form a compact loaf.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf is firm to the touch.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
