- 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
- - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- 295G Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions, usually 6-8 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large wok or deep skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
- 3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
- 4. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently to keep the vegetables crisp yet tender.
- 5. Add the edamame and continue cooking for 3 minutes, ensuring they are heated through but still retain their bright green color.
- 6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and water to create the sauce.
- 7. Lower the heat to medium, then pour the sauce into the wok. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 8. Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the wok and gently toss for 5 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
