- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml

Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add asafoetida and ground turmeric, stirring for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
- 2. Add the chopped lemongrass and green chili (if using). Stir well for another minute to infuse the flavors.
- 3. Add the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and lime zest to the saucepan. Stir until well combined, and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- 4. Add the sliced courgette and diced red bell pepper to the simmering soup. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but not overcooked.
- 5. Stir in the baby spinach and fresh coriander, allowing them to wilt into the soup for 2-3 minutes.
