Ingredients

  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
  • 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and prepare the vegetables: finely dice the green pepper and red onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of Crisp N Dry Oil.
  3. 3. Once the oil is hot, add the diced green pepper, red onion, and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
  4. 4. While the vegetables are cooking, crack the Golden Yolk Eggs into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of Natco Kala Namak Indian Black Salt and whisk until well combined.
  5. 5. Remove the sautéed vegetables from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
  6. 6. Add a little more Crisp N Dry Oil to the pan, ensuring it coats the surface evenly.
  7. 7. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and let them cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.
  8. 8. Evenly distribute the sautéed vegetables over one half of the omelette. Then, tear the Gioiella Apulian Burrata Soft Cheese into small pieces and scatter it over the vegetables.
  9. 9. Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling using a spatula. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and the omelette to cook through.
  10. 10. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy your Huitlacoche Omelette Recipe Kit creation!
