- 70G Natco Ground Cumin, 70G
- - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 250 Ml Ktc Jasmin Oil Cooking Oil 250Ml
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 300g of chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of ground black pepper.
- 3. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, add another 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Add 1 cup of diced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent.
- 5. Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to the skillet and stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring it does not burn.
- 6. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin, mixing well to coat the onions and garlic.
- 7. Add 1 cup of fresh or canned huitlacoche (corn smut) to the skillet. Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat until softened and well combined.
- 8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the huitlacoche mixture.
- 9. Pour in 1/4 cup of free-range organic chicken bone broth. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure everything is heated through and flavors are well blended.
