- 6 X 400G Cirio Polpa Finissima Finely Chopped Italian Tomatoes

- 370G Belazu Mixed Beans
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- - Chings Red Chilli Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 3 sliced carrots, 2 chopped zucchinis, 2 diced tomatoes, and 1 chopped green bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add 3 1/2 cups of vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Stir in 2 cans of drained and rinsed beans and 1 cup of chili sauce. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty vegetable chili.
