- - Philadelphia Original Soft Cream Cheese 165g
- 340G Cypressa Whole Black Olives
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- - Tata Salt
- 1 Litre Casa Marrazzo Sun Dried Tomatoes In Oil, 1 Litre
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Drain the sun dried tomatoes well, pressing them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, and chop them finely.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 7 oz of chopped sun dried tomatoes, 1/4 cup of sliced black olives, 4.5 oz of diced green chiles, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a flat surface lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a rectangular layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- 5. Roll the mixture tightly into a spiral using the parchment paper to guide you, then place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6. Bake the roll in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden and the filling is warmed through.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Slice the roll into 5 pieces and secure with toothpicks if needed. Serve warm and enjoy!
