Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and prepare all fresh ingredients: peel and finely dice the red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, and fresh green raw mangoes. Set them aside in separate bowls.
  2. 2. Finely chop the fresh Asian coriander bunch and set it aside.
  3. 3. Slice the jalapeños into small pieces if not already sliced, ensuring they are ready to be added to the salsa.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, fresh green raw mangoes, and sliced jalapeños.
  5. 5. Add the Alphonso mango pulp to the bowl for a touch of sweetness and enhanced mango flavor. Mix gently to combine.
