Ingredients
- - Beef Topside Steak (1 Kg) Thin
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1 Piece Buy Fresh Courgettes Zucchini Online | Alli Bhavan 750g
- 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- - Korean Red Pepper Powder - Gochugaru
Instructions
- 1. Wash 300g of Tilda Long Grain Rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside, keeping it warm.
- 2. Prepare the vegetables: Peel and julienne the carrots. Wash and slice the courgettes (zucchini) into thin strips. Set the prepared vegetables aside.
- 3. Mince 3-4 cloves of Jumbo Garlic from the 100g pack and set aside.
- 4. Thinly slice the Beef Topside Steak (1 kg) into bite-sized strips if not already done. Season the beef lightly with salt and pepper.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 6. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- 7. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil. Stir-fry the julienned carrots for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove and set aside.
- 8. Add the sliced courgettes to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
- 9. In a small bowl, mix 1-2 teaspoons of Korean Red Pepper Powder (Gochugaru) with a splash of sesame oil to create a flavorful paste. Adjust the amount of gochugaru to your spice preference.
- 10. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry the Golden Yolk Eggs (one per serving) sunny-side up. The yolks should remain runny for an authentic bibimbap experience.
- 11. To assemble the bibimbap, divide the cooked rice into serving bowls. Arrange the stir-fried beef, carrots, courgettes, and a fried egg on top of the rice.
- 12. Drizzle the gochugaru paste over the assembled bibimbap for added flavor. Serve immediately and mix everything together before eating.
