- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Vadasz Raw Kimchi
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
Instructions
- 1. Chop the garlic and spring onions finely.
- 2. Heat a pan with a little sesame oil on medium heat.
- 3. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the kimchi and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 5. Add the puffed rice (mamra) to the pan and mix well to coat with the kimchi.
- 6. Drizzle dark soy sauce over the rice mixture, stirring well to ensure it's evenly mixed.
- 7. Make a well in the center of the rice and crack an egg into it. Allow to cook until the egg is mostly set.
- 8. Stir the egg into the rice mixture, breaking it up and distributing it evenly.
