Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 350G Bean Shoot 350G
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Piece Buy Fresh Courgettes Zucchini Online | Alli Bhavan 750g
  • - Beef Topside Steak (1 Kg) Thin
  • 250 G Sempio Gochujang
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
  • 90G Natoora Baby King Oyster Mushrooms
  • 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
  • 1 Kg Wild Rice, 1Kg

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the beef with 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp icing sugar, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Blanch the baby watercress & little leaves in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess water. Season with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp sesame oil.
  3. 3. Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain. Season with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp sesame oil.
  4. 4. Slice the courgettes (zucchini), carrots, and baby king oyster mushrooms into thin strips. Sauté each vegetable separately in a pan with a little cooking oil until tender. Season each with a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. 6. In the same pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.
  7. 7. Place a serving of warm rice in each bowl. Arrange the baby watercress & little leaves, bean sprouts, courgettes, carrots, baby king oyster mushrooms, and beef on top of the rice. Place the fried egg on top.
  8. 8. Add a dollop of gochujang in the center of each bowl. Drizzle with remaining sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. 9. Serve immediately, mixing all the ingredients together just before eating.
