- 1 Piece Buy Fresh Courgettes Zucchini Online | Alli Bhavan 750g
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 300G Yinsi Rice Vermicelli, 300G
- 1 Pc Gopuff Morrisons Cabbage
- - Light Soy Sauce
- 500 G Brown & Polson Cornflour
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add asafoetida and stir for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 2. Add the thinly sliced zucchinis, cabbage, and green beans to the pot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and set aside. Add soy sauce, sugar substitute, black pepper, and salt to the pot, stirring to combine.
- 4. Pour approximately 4 cups of water into the pot and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Stir in the cornstarch slurry to slightly thicken the broth. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- 5. Add the cooked rice noodles and toss gently to warm through. Check for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
