Ingredients

  • 200G Itsu Restaurant Ramen Original Noodles
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • - The Tofoo Co. Naked Tofu
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • - Korean Red Pepper Powder - Gochugaru
  • - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by preparing the vegetables: peel and finely chop the jumbo garlic, and thinly slice the spring onions, separating the white and green parts.
  2. 2. Drain the tofu from The Tofoo Co. Naked Tofu package and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of CJ Bibigo Sesame Oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped garlic and the white parts of the spring onions. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the tofu cubes to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides.
  5. 5. While the tofu is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the Itsu Restaurant Ramen Original Noodles and cook according to the package instructions (typically 3-4 minutes). Once cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside.
  6. 6. Once the tofu is golden, reduce the heat to low and add 1 tablespoon of Amoy Dark Soy Sauce and 1 tablespoon of Korean Red Pepper Powder - Gochugaru to the pan. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly.
  7. 7. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the tofu and sauce mixture. Toss everything together to ensure the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
  8. 8. Remove the pan from heat and garnish the dish with the green parts of the spring onions for a fresh, vibrant finish.
  9. 9. Serve immediately and enjoy your Vegan Gochugaru Spicy Noodles!
