Ingredients

  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Sempio Spicy Cold Noodles
  • 250 G Sempio Gochujang
  • 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by preparing the noodles. Cook the Sempio Spicy Cold Noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process and achieve a chewy texture. Drain well and set aside.
  2. 2. Prepare the sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of Sempio Gochujang, 1 tablespoon of White Granulated Sugar, 1 teaspoon of Amoy Dark Soy Sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil. Mix well until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is smooth.
  3. 3. Mince 2 cloves of Jumbo Garlic and add it to the sauce mixture. Stir to incorporate the garlic evenly.
  4. 4. Wash and thinly slice the Cucumber into julienne strips. Set aside for garnish.
  5. 5. Peel and thinly slice the Pear Conference into matchstick-sized pieces. This will add a refreshing sweetness to the dish. Set aside.
  6. 6. Heat a small pan over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of Crisp N Dry Oil. Once hot, lightly toast 1 tablespoon of Schwartz Sesame Seeds until golden and aromatic. Remove from heat and set aside.
  7. 7. Optional: If you enjoy a hint of heat, add a small dab (about 1/4 teaspoon) of Yutaka Wasabi Paste to the sauce mixture. Adjust the amount to your taste preference.
  8. 8. Assemble the dish. Place the cooked and drained noodles in a serving bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and toss well to coat evenly.
  9. 9. Top the noodles with the julienned cucumber, sliced pear, and toasted sesame seeds. Drizzle a small amount of Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil over the top for added flavor.
  10. 10. Serve immediately and enjoy your Korean Spicy Cold Noodles!
