- 1 Piece Buy Fresh Courgettes Zucchini Online | Alli Bhavan 750g
- - The Tofoo Co. Naked Tofu
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
- 1 Kg Nishiki Medium Grain Rice, 1Kg
- 400G Daucy Carrots Extra Fine 400G
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 1 cup of short-grain rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in a rice cooker or on the stove with 1.5 cups of water until fully cooked. Set aside.
- 2. Thinly slice 1 medium carrot, 1 medium zucchini, and 1 cup of spinach. Julienne 100g of firm tofu.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the carrot slices for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside. Repeat the process with the zucchini slices and spinach, sautéing each separately and setting aside.
- 4. In the same pan, lightly fry the julienned tofu until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of pre-made bibimbap sauce with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of roasted & salted pumpkin seeds. Set aside.
- 6. Assemble the bibimbap by placing a generous portion of cooked rice in the center of each bowl. Arrange the sautéed vegetables and tofu around the rice in sections.
- 7. Top each bowl with a fried egg (optional). Drizzle the prepared bibimbap sauce over the top.
- 8. Serve immediately, mixing all ingredients together before eating.
