Ingredients

  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
  • - Nearly Naked Veg Basil 100g
  • 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
  • - Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream
  • 500G Filotea Truffle Fettuccine Pasta, 500G
  • NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
  • NaN Fresh Halal Chicken Breast - Boneless Without Skin
  • - Anchor Salted Butter 200g
  • - Schwartz Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Filotea Truffle Fettuccine Pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of Olive Oil – Organic and melt 2 tablespoons of Anchor Salted Butter.
  3. 3. Add Veenas Fresh Garlic (minced) to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the Chicken Breast Steaks with Garlic Butter to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add the Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream and stir to combine with the garlic and butter mixture. Gradually add Schwartz Ground Nutmeg and Top-Op Table Salt Drums to taste.
  6. 6. Grate Milky'S Akkawi Baladi Cheese and add it to the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy. Note: If Parmesan cheese is available, it is recommended as a more traditional option for Alfredo sauce.
  7. 7. Chop Nearly Naked Veg Basil and Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley. Add them to the sauce for added flavor and freshness.
  8. 8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  9. 9. Toss the cooked Filotea Truffle Fettuccine Pasta in the skillet with the sauce until well coated.
  10. 10. Serve the Chicken Alfredo pasta hot, garnished with additional Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley and Nearly Naked Veg Basil if desired.
