- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic

- 690 Ml Casa Marrazzo Organic Tomato Passata, 690Ml
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth

Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable broth over medium heat to create a base for sautéing.
- 2. Add 1 diced onion and 1 diced green pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
- 3. Stir in 1/2 tsp minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Add passata, 1 can (425 g) of tomato sauce, and tomato passata to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
- 5. Season the sauce with 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to incorporate the spices evenly.
- 6. Gradually add vegetable broth to the skillet, stirring to achieve your desired sauce consistency.
- 7. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer uncovered for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 8. Serve the sauce hot over your favorite pasta or use it as a base for other dishes. Enjoy!
