Ingredients

  • 250G Bertagni Parma Ham Tortellini
  • 30G & 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Greek Fleur De Sel Sea Salt & Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 30G & 80Ml
  • 1 Bunch Baby Spinach - Bunch
  • 200 Ml Minus 8 Vinegar Dehydr8, 200Ml
  • - Schwartz Italian Seasoning
  • - Schwartz Garlic Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook 2 oz tortellini according to package directions. Drain in a large strainer, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
  2. 2. While the tortellini cooks, peel and thinly slice 1 carrot into matchsticks. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, the sliced carrot, and 1 tbsp chopped green onion.
  4. 4. Prepare the dressing by whisking together 2 tbsp salad oil, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp garlic salt in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked tortellini with the spinach mixture and drizzle the dressing over the salad. Mix gently to combine.
