- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G

- 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
- 20G Terre Exotique Green Salty Coastal Pepper, 20G
- - Schwartz Italian Seasoning

Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook 4 cups of broccoli flowerets for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In another pot, cook 1/2 lb of linguini according to package directions. Drain and toss with 1/4 cup of butter.
- 3. In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup of butter over medium heat and sauté 2 minced garlic cloves for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add 1 lb of seitan to the skillet and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
- 5. Stir in the cooked broccoli, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper.
- 6. Add the linguini to the skillet and toss everything together to coat evenly.
- 7. Sprinkle 2/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the dish and toss lightly.
- 8. Serve immediately while hot for a delicious dinner.
