- 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 L Itsu Sesame Chicken Broth For Noodles For 4
- 250G Bertagni Parma Ham Tortellini
- 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
- - Parmesan Shavings
- 200G Natoora Organic British Green Kale
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
- 2. Add 1 liter low-sodium chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in 250 g cheese tortellini and cook for 5 minutes.
- 3. Reduce the heat to medium and add 200 g cooked, shredded chicken, 150 g kale, and 1 diced tomato. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- 5. Serve hot, topped with 30 g grated parmesan cheese for added flavor.
