  • 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 L Itsu Sesame Chicken Broth For Noodles For 4
  • 250G Bertagni Parma Ham Tortellini
  • 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
  • - Parmesan Shavings
  • 200G Natoora Organic British Green Kale
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add 1 liter low-sodium chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in 250 g cheese tortellini and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to medium and add 200 g cooked, shredded chicken, 150 g kale, and 1 diced tomato. Simmer for 10 minutes.
