- - Bazachi Arla Pro Mozzarella Professional Grated Cheese
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- - Tata Salt
- NaN Old India Blanched Ground Almond Flour
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Prepare 10 oz of spinach as directed on the package, then drain it thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond flour with the prepared spinach, 1 lb of ground beef, 1 egg, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of finely chopped onion. Mix everything together until well combined.
- 4. Shape the mixture into four 1-inch thick round patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 6. While the patties are baking, slice 4 oz of mozzarella cheese into four even slices.
- 7. Once the patties are nearly done, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each patty and return them to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- 8. Toast 4 almond flour muffins and keep them warm.
- 9. To assemble, place each patty on the bottom half of a toasted muffin and cover with the top half. Serve immediately and enjoy!
