  • 200G H. Forman & Son Royal Smoked Salmon Fillet
  • - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
  • - De Cecco Spaghetti
  • 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Set the microwave to High power.
  2. 2. Place 1 1/4 tsp of butter in a 12-cup (3-liter) microwave-safe casserole dish.
  3. 3. Add 1 zucchini (sliced), 6 cherry tomatoes (halved), and a pinch of salt to the dish. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in 200 g of hot cooked spaghetti, 100 g of smoked salmon (flaked), the remaining 1 1/4 tsp of butter, and 1 tbsp of chopped parsley. Mix well to combine.
