  • 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
  • - Marnoto Hand Harvest Fine Sea Salt
  • 250 Ml Ktc Jasmin Oil Cooking Oil 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix flour, clarified butter, milk, and fine sea salt to form a soft dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In a pan, melt clarified butter, add khoya, and cook until it turns slightly golden. Add powdered sugar, nuts, cardamom powder, and saffron. Mix well and let it cool.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out each portion, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold to seal, forming a round or oval shape.
  4. 4. Heat clarified butter or sunflower spread in a deep pan. Fry the ghari on medium heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
