- 600G Ginni'S Roasted And Salted Cashew Nuts 600g
- 250G Terre Exotique Cinnamon Stick, 15Cm, 250G
- - Tate Lyle Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Place 4 ripe peaches (sliced), 2 cinnamon sticks, and 6 cups of water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a moderate simmer.

- 3. Stir in 3 tablespoons of jaggery or sugar to taste, ensuring it dissolves completely.
- 4. In a blender, combine 150 g of cashew nuts with enough water to cover them. Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to achieve a whipped cream-like consistency.
- 5. Serve the warm peach compote in bowls and top each serving with a generous dollop of the cashew cream.
- 6. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of chopped nuts for added texture. Serve warm or chilled as desired.
