- 1. Cut the kernels of corn off the cobs using a sharp knife, ensuring you remove all the kernels cleanly.
- 2. Scrape each ear with the back of the knife to extract the remaining corn pulp and natural corn milk.
- 3. Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan or skillet over medium heat.
- 4. Add the corn kernels and pulp to the pan, followed by the milk. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and the flavors meld together.
