  • 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
  • - Carnation Condensed Milk
  • 500 G Organic Chopped & Roasted Almonds
  • 100G Natco Golden Raisins 100g
  • 200G Trs Mamra 200G - Puffed Rice Cereal
  • 200G Yeo Valley Organic Salted Butter
  • 600G Ginni'S Roasted And Salted Cashew Nuts 600g
  • 30G Niharti Cardamom Ground Elaichi Powder 30g
  • 100G Natco Ground Cinnamon, 100G
  • 300G Natco Roasted & Salted Pistachios, 300G

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a tablespoon of salted butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, and raisins to the pan. Sauté until the nuts are lightly golden and the raisins are plump. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add another cube of salted butter and the puffed rice. Roast for a few minutes until it becomes crisp and fragrant.
  4. 4. Pour the milk into a pot and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
  5. 5. Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and add the roasted puffed rice. Simmer until the rice is soft.
  6. 6. Stir in the condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and a few saffron strands. Continue to simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  7. 7. Add the roasted nuts and raisins to the pot, stir well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove from heat, garnish with a few more saffron strands, and serve warm or chilled.
