Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
  • 19Cm Classic Jumbo Vegan Hot Dog Roll 19cm
  • 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
  • 50G Shan Korma Spice Mix - 50G
  • - Heinz Tomato Ketchup
  • 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
  • 100G Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, 100G
  • - Honey & Mustard Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onions and add them to the pan. Sauté until translucent.
  4. 4. Grate the paneer and add it to the pan along with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of roasted chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until the mixture thickens and the tomatoes soften.
  6. 6. Slice the hot dog rolls horizontally, keeping one side attached.
  7. 7. Spread the prepared paneer mixture evenly inside each bun.
  8. 8. Grate mature cheddar cheese and sprinkle it generously on top of the paneer mixture inside the buns.
  9. 9. Place the stuffed hotdog buns on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden.
  10. 10. Garnish the hotdogs with a sprinkle of coriander leaves and serve hot.
