Ingredients
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
- 19Cm Classic Jumbo Vegan Hot Dog Roll 19cm
- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- 50G Shan Korma Spice Mix - 50G
- - Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
- 100G Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, 100G
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
- 3. Finely chop the onions and add them to the pan. Sauté until translucent.
- 4. Grate the paneer and add it to the pan along with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add 2 tablespoons of roasted chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until the mixture thickens and the tomatoes soften.
- 6. Slice the hot dog rolls horizontally, keeping one side attached.
- 7. Spread the prepared paneer mixture evenly inside each bun.
- 8. Grate mature cheddar cheese and sprinkle it generously on top of the paneer mixture inside the buns.
- 9. Place the stuffed hotdog buns on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden.
- 10. Garnish the hotdogs with a sprinkle of coriander leaves and serve hot.
