- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
- 50 G Vandevi Asafoetida 50g
- NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
- NaN Aashirvaad Atta Chapatti Flour Whole Wheat
- - Amul Masti Dahi
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
- 300G Fresh Ice Berg Lettuce - Approx 300G - 500G
- - Tata Salt
- 100 G East End Ground Coriander
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and enough plain yogurt to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes, cover, and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the diced green and red capsicum to the pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still retaining a crunch.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss to coat them evenly with the spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer stays soft.
- 6. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into thin discs. Heat a flat pan and cook each disc for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Set aside.
- 7. Place a lettuce leaf on a serving plate, add a cooked whole wheat disc inside, and spoon the paneer and capsicum mixture on top.
- 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately as a fun, interactive dish for the family to enjoy together.
