Ingredients
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 400 G Natco Natural Sesame Seeds
- - Anchor Salted Butter 200g
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
- - Ktc Gram Flour 2kg
- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 500g of Ktc Gram Flour, 1 teaspoon of Top-Op Table Salt, and 1 tablespoon of White Granulated Sugar. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 2. Add 100g of Authentic Greek Yogurt to the dry mixture. Gradually pour in 2 tablespoons of Ktc Sunflower Oil and mix until the dough starts to come together.
- 3. Knead the dough on a clean surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle a small amount of Ktc Gram Flour to adjust the consistency.
- 4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place to allow it to rise.
- 5. After the dough has rested, divide it into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball into a round or oval shape using a rolling pin.
- 6. Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Brush the surface of the naan with melted Anchor Salted Butter and sprinkle Natco Natural Sesame Seeds on top for added flavor and texture.
- 7. Place the naan on the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown spots appear. Repeat for all portions of dough.
- 8. Serve the freshly cooked naan warm with your favorite curry or dip. Enjoy!
