Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 2 Kg Ktc Pure Butter Ghee 2 Kg
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Kg Pariani Italian Lara Walnuts, 1Kg
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
Instructions
- 1. Wash and trim 1 lb of green beans. Steam them for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and toast them for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned.
- 3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 3 tsp of lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Add the steamed green beans to the skillet and toss them with the walnut mixture. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. Serve the green beans warm as a delightful dinner side dish or light main course.
