  • - Schwartz Saffron Jar
  • - Nestle Nido Milk Powder
  • - Silver Spoon Icing Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of Ktc Pure Butter Ghee in a non-stick pan over low heat.
  2. 2. Add Dairy Valley Khoya to the pan and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes until it softens and starts to melt.
  3. 3. Gradually add Nestle Nido Milk Powder to the khoya mixture, stirring well to ensure there are no lumps.
  4. 4. Sprinkle a pinch of Schwartz Saffron Jar threads into the mixture and stir to evenly distribute the flavor and color.
  5. 5. Add Silver Spoon Icing Sugar to the mixture and continue stirring until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture thickens.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly until it is safe to handle.
  7. 7. Grease your hands with a small amount of Ktc Pure Butter Ghee and shape the mixture into small modak molds or form them into traditional modak shapes by hand.
  8. 8. Once shaped, allow the modaks to set at room temperature or refrigerate them for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  9. 9. Serve the kesar mawa modaks as a delightful treat or store them in an airtight container for later enjoyment.
