Ingredients

  • 340G Weight Watchers Naked Katsu Chicken Breasts
  • 250 Ml Mr Organic Lime Juice
  • - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
  • 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
  • 250G Tilda Wild Rice
  • - Chilli Powder Rajah
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • 290G Portland Mills Jamaican Curry Powder, 290G
  • 85G Oriental Hot Mustard Powder, 85G
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and pat dry 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, then set them aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp mustard, and 1 tsp salt to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Place the chicken breasts in a deep dish or bowl and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. 4. Cover the dish and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. 6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with a side of rice or naan.
