Ingredients
- 340G Weight Watchers Naked Katsu Chicken Breasts
- 250 Ml Mr Organic Lime Juice
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
- 250G Tilda Wild Rice
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 290G Portland Mills Jamaican Curry Powder, 290G
- 85G Oriental Hot Mustard Powder, 85G
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and pat dry 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, then set them aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp mustard, and 1 tsp salt to create the marinade.
- 3. Place the chicken breasts in a deep dish or bowl and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 4. Cover the dish and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- 5. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with a side of rice or naan.
