- 1. Cut 500 g of paneer into thick steak-like slices.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/16 tsp oregano, and 1/16 tsp.
- 3. Coat each paneer slice thoroughly in the flour mixture, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- 4. Heat 1/4 cup butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
