  • 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
  • 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
  • 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
  • 700G Perello Judion Butter Beans, 700G
  • 100 G Rajah Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt 100 g of unsalted butter.
  3. 3. Add 200 g of grated paneer to the melted butter and stir until it forms a creamy mixture.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cans of butter beans, 2 finely chopped green chilies, and a pinch of garam masala. Mix well.
  5. 5. Pour the creamy butter and paneer mixture into the bowl with the butter beans and chilies. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden.
