Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a roasting tray by lightly greasing it with a small amount of Anchor Salted Butter.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop the Red Onion and Jumbo Garlic. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 50g of Anchor Salted Butter with the chopped Jumbo Garlic and finely chopped leaves of the Rosemary Rosmarinus Officinalis Herb Garden Plant. This will create a flavorful herb butter.

  6. 6. Scatter the chopped Red Onion around the turkey bundles in the roasting tray. Sprinkle a pinch of Top-Op Table Salt Drums over the onions and turkey bundles for seasoning.
  7. 7. Place the roasting tray in the preheated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and the edges of the rashers are slightly crispy.
  8. 8. Remove the tray from the oven and let the turkey bundles rest for 5 minutes before serving.
