- 1 Kg Caputo Semolina Rimacinata
- 500G Ghee, 500G
- 500 Ml Groundnut Oil 500ml
- - Whole Foods Market Organic Cardamom Powder
- 500G Tate & Lyle Fairtrade Fondant Icing Sugar
- NaN Mcdougalls Self Raising Flour

- 1. Mix together 2 cups of pastry flour, 1/2 cup semolina flour, a pinch of cardamom powder, and a little water to form a soft dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covered with a damp cloth to keep it moist.
- 3. Roll out the rested dough into thin sheets and apply melted ghee on each sheet before stacking them together.
