- 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
- 40G Terre Exotique "Extra" Turmeric Powder, 40G
- - Caputo "Classica" 00 All Purpose Flour
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 500 g of cabbage and set aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add and let it sizzle for a few seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped cabbage to the pan, sprinkle with 1 tsp of salt, and stir well. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 200 g of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to form a soft dough.
- 5. Roll the dough into small dumplings and steam them for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- 6. Add the steamed dumplings to the cooked cabbage and gently mix to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- 7. Serve the cabbage stir-fry with dumplings warm as a hearty dinner option.
