  • 100G Dried Bombay Duck Sea Food Ceylon Bombili Karawala High Quality Fresh Fish New
  • 375G Top-Op Kokum Black 375g
  • 20 G Heera Dried Curry Leaves 20gm
  • 1.5 Kg Natco Fine Semolina, 1.5Kg
  • 250G Garlic 250g
  • 1.5 Kg Natco Rice Flour, 1.5Kg
  • 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
  • 100G Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, 100G
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Coat cleaned Bombay duck fillets with the pre-mixed spice marinade (turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, salt). Let it rest for 10–15 minutes for deep flavor infusion.
  2. 2. Dredge each marinated fillet in the rice flour and semolina blend to create a crisp outer layer.
  3. 3. Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Add fresh curry leaves for aroma, then carefully place the coated fillets in the pan. Shallow-fry each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. Fry green chilies alongside for extra heat and garnish. Remove fillets and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
