Ingredients
- 370G Belazu Mixed Beans
- 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- - Rajah Jeera Whole Cumin Seeds
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 40G Terre Exotique "Extra" Turmeric Powder, 40G
- - Tata Salt
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 can of beans, 1 can of green beans (drained), 3 cups of shredded cabbage, and 1 cup of diced tomatoes.
- 3. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the vegetables. Mix well to coat evenly.
- 4. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- 6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the vegetables to lightly brown.
- 7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm as a main dish or side.
