  • 370G Belazu Mixed Beans
  • 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
  • 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
  • - Rajah Jeera Whole Cumin Seeds
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
  • 40G Terre Exotique "Extra" Turmeric Powder, 40G
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Mccormick Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 can of beans, 1 can of green beans (drained), 3 cups of shredded cabbage, and 1 cup of diced tomatoes.
  3. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the vegetables. Mix well to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. 5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the vegetables to lightly brown.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm as a main dish or side.
