- 400G Koko Dairy Free Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 250G Pommery Extra Strong Mustard, 250G
- NaN Bute Island Cheddar Flavour Block
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender but not mushy, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup mustard, and a pinch of garam masala to create a creamy topping.
