- 20G Thai "Hand" White Pepper Powder, 20G
- - Tata Salt
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder

- 1. Peel the cucumbers, leaving some green skin for texture and color.
- 2. Using a fork, score the cucumbers lengthwise to create a decorative pattern, then slice them as thinly as possible.
- 3. Place the cucumber slices in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours to release excess water.
- 4. Drain the cucumbers thoroughly, pressing gently to remove as much liquid as possible.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, sugar, white pepper, and a pinch of cumin powder. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
