Ingredients

  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 850 Ml Tropicana Sensations Pineapple Fruit Juice
  • 1 Kg Tate & Lyle Granulated Sugar
  • - Por Kwan Tamarind Paste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups of red vinegar, 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, and 3 tablespoons of tamarind paste.
  2. 2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
