- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 850 Ml Tropicana Sensations Pineapple Fruit Juice
- 1 Kg Tate & Lyle Granulated Sugar
- - Por Kwan Tamarind Paste
Instructions
- 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups of red vinegar, 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, and 3 tablespoons of tamarind paste.
- 2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the sauce to cool to room temperature.
- 5. Transfer the sauce to a clean, airtight container and refrigerate. The sauce will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
