- - Natco Black Mustard Seeds
- 500G Top-Op Semolina Coarse 500g
- 450G Onken Natural Set Yogurt
- 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Make the batter – Mix semolina, yogurt, water, salt, and turmeric. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Add fruit salt (Eno) – Mix gently; the batter will become fluffy.
- 3. Steam – Pour batter into a greased plate and steam for 12-15 minutes.
- 4. Prepare tempering (optional) – Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies, then pour over the dhokla.
