Ingredients
- 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Kg Tate & Lyle Granulated Sugar
- 200 Ml Minus 8 Vinegar Minus8, 200Ml
- - Tata Salt
- 100G Celery Salt, 100G
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 1 medium cabbage, 1 bell pepper, and 2 onions. Set the vegetables aside.
- 2. In a large pot, combine 2 cups sugar, 1 cup vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp celery salt, and 1/2 tsp turmeric. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. Once the mixture is boiling, carefully pour it over the chopped vegetables in a heatproof bowl.
- 4. Stir the vegetables and the hot liquid thoroughly to ensure even coating. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- 5. Transfer the relish to an airtight container and refrigerate. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours before serving. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
